Turner Delighted With Pre Season Games

Graham Turner believes that we have a very good pre season fixture schedule this season and he's especially pleased with the Galatasaray match.

Speaking to the Official Site Turner was quick to pass on the praise for the Turkish clash.

'A lot of credit goes to Jayne Bebb, the club secretary, for getting the fixture. She was uppermost in the negotiations to bring them here but it's been fairly straight forward.'

Turner adds that the game is preparation for them ahead of the Emirates Cup at Arsenal, and the contract states that they will send their strongest possible squad, so fans should be looking out for the likes of Didier Drogba, Wesley Sneider and then 'after that it's topping up to about £130million worth of players'.

Turner also said he expected no problems with the Bolton game after we were drawn against them in the cup, as he doubts it will have any baring on the game as both teams will be looking to use their squads for experience.

There have also been a couple of training ground matches scheduled which will see Liverpool's development squad host us at their training ground, and he expects us to arrange a game against TNS on the training pitch or at Lilleshall.
