GT Would Pay For The Right Player

Graham Turner has said that Shrewsbury would pay a fee again if it was for the right player.

Pointing to previous seasons and the signings of Nicky Wroe and David McAllister, Turner told the Shropshire Star that money would be found if it was required, but obviously we wouldn't be going on a spending spree.

'If there was a promising young player who would cost a fee money would be made available. We will spend if we feel the player is right.'

Turner did confirm however that non of the discussions he was having at this point in time weren't with a view to a fee, as he's chasing free agents at the moment and waiting to hear back from agents as offers have been made.
