Eaves - We Ground It Out
Tom Eaves was delighted with his brace last night and he's pleased that Shrewsbury went on to grind out all three points.
Speaking to the Official Site following the 3-2 victory against MK Dons, the striker said.
'It was a great result for the lads, we really ground it out and worked as a team. It was fantastic to score two, I felt good before the game and once one goes in, I was on a high. It was a bit of a crazy ten minutes.'
Eaves adds that it was a struggle in the second half as MK got back more into the game, but he thinks it was a good gutsy performance.
