Weale Targeting Three Points

Goalkeeper Chris Weale is looking for a birthday present of three points when we face Sheffield United.

Matchday falls on his birthday, and whilst saying the game is far more important, he knows United's first visit to Greenhous Meadow could make or break his 31st celebration of life.

Speaking to the Official Site ahead of the game, Weale said.

'My birthday just happens to be on Saturday, yes, it would be lovely to get the three points, but it would be lovely to get the three points the following Friday night as well. You want to play against the best teams and test yourselves, hopefully it'll be a good atmosphere, we're on a little run so we just need to keep trying to play football and entertain the crowd.'

Weale says that along with results, the entertainment has to be there because of how much fans come to pay thesedays, and unfortunately he doesn't think we achieved that against Bury in our previous home game.
