Turner Looking At Loan Market

Graham Turner has confirmed he is looking into the loan market to further strengthen the team, particularly up front.

Speaking to the Official Site ahead of the loan window opening on Friday, Turner said.

'We're still working on it. You throw in one or two cheeky ones as well. There's a player who just six months ago changed hands for over 1million and I tried to get him on loan this morning - I got a curt reply from that club though! You ask for these things and one or two managers owe me favours but I'm not getting them at the moment.'

Turner explains the window closing is very frustrating when you think you are close to deals coming off and he confirms that he is actually waiting on answers from two clubs over prospective loan deals in.
